Spiritual Life Center Policies
Does the Center have a public Mass schedule?
Masses at the SLC are scheduled for groups holding events at the Center and for our private retreatants. We do not offer public Masses.

Does the Center offer spiritual direction?
The Spiritual Life Center does not currently have any spiritual directors on staff, nor can the Center currently endorse or suggest any outside spiritual directors.
Our director, Fr. Darrin May, can only offer spiritual direction for people on private retreat here at the Center due to time limitations. You may request to have spiritual direction while on retreat, but please know that Fr. May suggests that those seeking spiritual direction by itself contact their parish priests or their Diocese for suggestions.

What is the Center's policy on refunds for event cancellations?
If you need to cancel your reservation for an event, please call us to let us know as soon as you can.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the event – Center will retain 10%
- Cancellations made 13 – 2 days prior to the event – Center will retain 50%
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the event – Center will retain 100%

Does the Center offer accommodations for dietary restrictions?
We support all dietary restrictions and with prior notice can accommodate gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, and other special request meals - additional charges may apply.

What is the cost to come to the Center for a private retreat?
Private retreats here at the Center cost $55 per person, per night.
Meals are not included on private retreat and availability is dependent on the date. Please call in to inquire about when the kitchen is open. Breakfast is $10.50, Lunch is $13.50, and Dinner is $16.50.

Can I bring a pet into the Center?
The Center does not allow pets inside the building with the exception of certified service animals. Pets are welcome outdoors on our walking trails.

Can I register a minor (child under 18) / bring my child to a retreat?
The Center is excited to hear from parents eager to raise their children in the Catholic faith and include them in formational events. However, please know that the Center does not currently have any child-care discounts or accommodations for pricing, bedrooms, meals, or programming.
If parents want to bring a minor to a day program:
- Minors must be registered as an attendee (we do not have a discount rate for children)
- Minors are expected to participate on the retreat
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian 100% of the time in accordance with Safe Environment and VIRTUS Requirements
If parents want to bring a minor to an overnight retreat:
- Minors must be registered as retreatants (we do not have a discount rate for children)
- Minors are expected to participate on the retreat
- Minors will occupy one bed per individual and MUST be in a room with an adult (a single parent coming cannot have two children in a double room by themselves, a husband and wife cannot be in one room and two minors in another room)
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian 100% of the time in accordance with Safe Environment and VIRTUS Requirements
The only exception to this policy is for infants.
