UNBOUND Ministry Formation

Thursday, May 13th; 7pm - 9pm

On the second Thursdays of each month, UNBOUND Ministry will be offering Ministry Team Formation nights for those who want to help others to experience healing and freedom through the Unbound model, proclaiming the good news of the Gospel. Whether you have been leading Unbound prayer sessions for the last 10 years, only interceded during one session, or are simply wanting to learn how to share Unbound with family and friends, you are welcome to attend.

The Spirituality of the Latin Mass II

Tuesday, May 18th; 6pm - 9pm

Continue to explore the signs and symbols of the Latin Mass with Fr. Lawrence Carney! How Christ Prepared for the First Mass: Did Jesus Christ carry a paschal lamb on His shoulders on Holy Thursday? Was the sign of the cross a type in the Temple worship before that First Mass on Holy Thursday? Where did Jesus hide during His last week before Good Friday? You will learn the answers to these questions and many more as this talk helps us to understand some of the signs and symbols of the Latin Mass and how they tie into the history of our faith.

UNBOUND Reflection Evening

Thursday, May 20th; 7pm - 9pm

These reflection evening events will occur on the third Thursday of every month! Join us at 7pm to engage in an evening of testimonies, prayer, worship, and healing. UNBOUND Ministry seeks to help Christians combat the imprisoning effects of sin and break free of their bonds, so as to be able to respond wholeheartedly to the Gospel.

Diálogo Apologético: Profundizando la fe para tener unidad en Cristo

Tuesday, June 1st; 6:30pm - 8:30pm

La oficina del Ministerio Hispano junto al Sr. Jake Samour, Director de la oficina de Matrimonio y Vida Familar, y el Padre Eric Weldon de la parroquia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, queremos compartir de una manera sencilla, respuestas a las dudas que suelen salir al conversae con nuestros hermanos separados. Como también el profundizar y conocer mássobre nuestra Iglesia Católica para tener más confianza en ella y saber que Cristo la fundó y prometió que estaría con ella hasta el fin de los tiempos. Este diálogo está basado en los libros del Padre Flaviano Amatullli Valente, sacerdote católico apologista fundador de la Fraternidad Misionera de los Apóstoles de la Palabra quien por medio de sus escritos responde biblicamente a objeciones sobre la de católica. Tenemos la esperanza que para el final de estas pláticas, puedan responder con confianza a muchas de las dudas que se presentan y contestar con mucha confianza y amor a la pregunta: ¿Por qué soy católico?

UNBOUND Prayer Sessions

Thursday, June 3rd; 7pm - 9pm

The first Thursday of each month the Unbound Ministry team will offer the opportunity to receive prayer through personal prayer sessions. These private and confidential prayer sessions will be with one prayer leader and one or two intercessors, whose job will be primarily to pray for you and the prayer leader. Sign up in advance required to reserve your private prayer session.

Salt & Light - Intro to Formation of the Heart

Saturday, June 5th; 8am - 4pm

The Spiritual Life Center is excited to welcome the Salt & Light Catholic Young Adult Ministry for a Day of Reflection. Fr. Darrin May, the Director of the Spiritual Life Center, will be presenting on Formation of the Heart. The Day of Reflection will have an overview of what Formation of the Heart is all about, including healing of the heart, movements, longings, and charisms. Fr. May will also give an introduction on Lectio Divina and praying from the heart. There will be three conference talks, opportunities for Confession and private prayer with our Lord in Adoration, and the program includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
